Moketa Studio(もけ太、以下「当方」)は、本ウェブサイトおよび当方が提供するソフトウェア(Text Style Panel ほか、以下「本製品」)における個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 本製品が扱う情報
- 本製品は、お使いのコンピューター内でのみ動作します。スタイルデータ・設定・ログはすべてお使いのコンピューター内にのみ保存されます。
- 本製品は、個人情報・利用状況・ファイルの内容などを外部のサーバーへ送信しません。
- 本製品にアカウント登録機能はありません。
2. 本ウェブサイトが扱う情報
- 本ウェブサイトは静的なページのみで構成されており、会員機能・独自のCookie・アクセス解析ツールを使用していません。
- お問い合わせページの入力フォームは、送信ボタンを押すとお使いのメールアプリに入力内容を引き渡すだけのものです。入力内容が本ウェブサイトのサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。

3. 外部サービスの利用
- 本ウェブサイトは、フォントの表示にGoogle Fonts(Google LLC)を利用しています。ページの表示時に、お使いのブラウザからGoogleのサーバーへIPアドレス等が送信されます。
- 実績ページでは、YouTube(Google LLC)の動画をプライバシー強化モード(youtube-nocookie.com)で埋め込んでいます。動画の表示・再生時に、お使いのブラウザからYouTubeへIPアドレス等が送信されます。

本製品の販売はBOOTH等の外部プラットフォームで行っています。決済に関する個人情報は各プラットフォームが取り扱い、当方はお客様のクレジットカード情報等を取得しません。

サポートのご連絡の際に取得したメールアドレス等は、お問い合わせへの対応のみに使用し、第三者に提供しません。ご自身の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

1. Information handled by the Products
- The Products run entirely on your computer. Style data, settings, and logs are stored only on your computer.
- The Products do not transmit personal information, usage data, or file contents to any external server.
- The Products have no account or sign-up feature.
2. Information handled by this website
- This website consists of static pages only. It has no membership features, sets no cookies of its own, and uses no analytics tools.
- The input form on the contact page only hands the entered text over to your own email application when you press the send button. Nothing you type is transmitted to or stored on this website's servers.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) may process access logs (such as IP addresses) to operate and secure the service. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Third-party services
- This website uses Google Fonts (Google LLC) to display fonts. When a page loads, your browser sends your IP address and related data to Google's servers.
- The Works page embeds YouTube videos (Google LLC) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When videos are displayed or played, your browser sends your IP address and related data to YouTube.

The Products are sold through third-party marketplaces. Payment information is handled by those platforms; we never receive your credit card details.
