利用規約(ソフトウェア使用許諾)

本規約は、Moketa Studio(もけ太、以下「当方」)が提供するソフトウェア(Text Style Panel ほか、以下「本製品」)の使用条件を定めるものです。本製品をインストールした時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 使用許諾

• 購入者は、本製品を購入者自身が使用するコンピューターにインストールして使用できます(同一使用者の複数台へのインストールは可)。
• チーム・法人で複数人が使用する場合は、使用者ごとにご購入ください。

2. 禁止事項

• 本製品の再配布・転売・貸与・共有(購入データの譲渡を含む)
• 本製品の改変・リバースエンジニアリング(法令で認められる場合を除く)
• 本製品を違法な目的で使用すること

3. 制作物の権利

本製品を使って作成したテロップ・映像などの制作物は、商用・非商用を問わず自由に利用できます。クレジット表記も不要です。

4. 免責

• 本製品は現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本製品の使用または使用不能から生じたいかなる損害(データの損失・逸失利益等)についても、法令で認められる最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
• Adobe Premiere Pro のアップデート等により、本製品が動作しなくなる場合があります。可能な範囲で対応に努めますが、将来の互換性を保証するものではありません。

5. 返金

デジタル商品の性質上、購入後の返金には原則として応じられません。動作に問題がある場合は、まずサポート([お問い合わせ先メールアドレス] または BOOTHメッセージ)へご連絡ください。

6. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定することがあります。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Terms of Use (Software License)

These terms govern the use of software provided by Moketa Studio ("we"; products including Text Style Panel, the "Products"). By installing the Products you agree to these terms.

1. License

• A purchaser may install and use the Products on computers used by the purchaser (multiple machines for the same user are fine).
• For teams, please purchase one license per user.

2. Restrictions

• No redistribution, resale, lending, or sharing of the Products (including transferring the purchased files).
• No modification or reverse engineering, except as permitted by law.
• No use of the Products for unlawful purposes.

3. Your creations

Anything you create with the Products (titles, videos, etc.) is yours to use freely, commercially or otherwise. No credit required.

4. Disclaimer

• The Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.
• Future updates of Adobe Premiere Pro may affect compatibility. We will try to keep up, but future compatibility is not guaranteed.

5. Refunds

As digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something does not work, please contact support first.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as needed and take effect when posted on this page.
